I'm trying to send money to my friend using my paypal balance but i can't.
Why i can't send money from my paypal balance?

It forces me to send money from my visa, i want to send from my paypal balance.
Info means.
what country are you in as you are posting on the UK forum.
what funding sources do you have attached to your paypal account.
what currency is in your balance.
is it an international transaction.
what currency does the receiver accept.
are the funds in your balance pending or cleared.
what back up funding sources do you have attached to your paypal balance
etc etc etc

Funding sources: Envato Market (freelance work)
My balance: 7.500 USD
Yes it's international transaction
He receive USD
My balance is cleared
By funding sources i mean do you have a bank account or any cards linked to your paypal account.?
Yes i have a visa card linked to my account.
