Send money to a foreign debit darc

I would like to send money to an Italian prepaid debit card, in the specific to a PostePay card, which is a Visa Electron. I tried to find a way, but so far I haven't able to sort it out. Does somebody know how to solve my problem? Thanks in advance.

You can't withdraw to a card on a UK paypal account unfortunately.
