Selling in other countries

Hello! I live in Mexico and have a fashion online store. I would like to start selling outside of Mexico particularly in the European Union and UK. Is it possible for me to receive payments from paypal accounts of other countries? Thanks!

As long as someone has a paypal account whatever country they are in then they can pay you.
