Seller Protection: Not Eligible ... no postal address on file

Received a payment from a Canadian customer but the Transaction Details say: "Seller Protection: Not Eligible ... no postal address on file". The customer says they have registered their delivery address with PayPal, what can I do to verify that with PayPal?
