Receiving money on my PayPal account

Hi guys,

My name is Tojo and I have a Premier verified account, but I can't receive money from my friend (also a PayPal user). 

I don't have any "Request payment" tab or anything like that. How come?

is your friend sending  you a payment via family / friends or send goods / services?

I am supposed to have been sent some money into my Paypal account, this has not arrived, sent 1/07/2015, they sender insists that the money has gone, is there anyway this could have been sent to the wrong person, and is there anyway of finding out and retrieving it!
