Hi , I quite often have a little flutter on Betfair . Recently I won some money and because of the policies in place I have to withdraw the money through the funding methods . I have already withdrawn to the funded limit on my debit card and now need to withdraw the rest through my paypal account ( £400 ) . I have had no problems with the other withdrawal to my debit card but I have requested the money to my paypal account 3 times now , each time paypal has refused the payment . I have contacted betfair and this is what they tell me . I have checked that all the details that they hold for me are correct . So I cant understand why paypal is rejecting the payment .... please can someone help .
Yes kind of , I rang back Betfair and they removed my paypal account from my funding sources . This then allowed me to withdraw the money to my bank account . Problem solved . ( I got my money out ) but paypal done nothing whatsoever , they just said it's not our fault and we cant help .
