Please Help !! when i want to pay for something my paypal ask me to link a new credit card even if i have like 100 usd on my paypal why s that ?

Because to use funds in your paypal account balance paypal like you to have a back up funding source linked to that paypal account as well .

if you have 100 USD and you want to use it make sure you're buying something in dollars and not another currency like GBP or EUR
