Paypal declined payment from Admob

Hello,

I am already using paypal for 2 years, and now I see that Admob sent a payment of $xxx, but paypal declined it ? 

Why ? 

And here is the Admob letter I got for my request :

Be advised our records show that your June AdMob payment for April earnings was Denied by PayPal. AdMob will credit the amount back to your account before month end. 

Please contact PayPal to resolve your payment issues and avoid issues with future payments.

Why don't you do as they suggest and contact paypal customer services??

Already did, I think my attached bank card expired 😕
