I sent a payment via PayPal the balance has left my bank account but the vendor is saying they have not received it. Why? Where is the money definitely not in my account. Any help please. Thank you.

It can take anywhere from 2 hours to 4 days for the money to reach the other person.

I know it may take a few days but this was at least 3 weeks ago. The money left my account within 3-4days post transaction. Why has it not reached the vendors account. Appreciate any thoughts on this. Please

What does it say next to the transaction in your paypal account??

1. Unclaimed?

2. Unclaimed with a cancel option?

3. Completed?

It says completed

then if the seller really has not had the payment you need to check the email address they gave you and make sure it was theres.

if not then it could have gone to another users account.

if so and its not sorted you will need to file a dispute for non receipt of item  to get your refund.
