A personal instant payment was sent to my paypal account this past Monday evening and Tuesday evening it is still pending. I have been a customer for a number of years now and I cannot understand why these transfers vary. Sometimes the tranfer is complete the next business day and other times it takes days. I was under the impression that 'instant' meant instant, whats the deal paypal? Also, I am banking with the same account and so is the other party. 😞
