Firstly you charge me £10.59 fee and provide the most terrible customer service for it, so thanks for that you joke of a comapny.

The issue at hand

I sold a PS4 pro on ebay Wenesday the 18'th Jan, It was posted via parcelforce with tracking the following day and arrived to the buyer on Friday 20'th, the buyer left good feedback the same day.

Paypal have had my money on hold since the item was sold ever though there own terms of service state 3 days aftere delivery well it's well over 3 days and I get no reply from sending them multiple messages just the same generic **bleep**.

My money needs to be released today, i'm sick of big companes taking people for mugs and messing us around, you're no better than a common street theif.

It's all to profit off the interest you make from the hundereds of thousand you're doing this too day in day out what a scum bag compay

Your transaction was on Ebay. Ebay and paypal are separate companies with SEPARATE policies for held funds.

For Ebay sales, ebay authorise paypal when they can release the funds so suggest you ask ebay customer services.

Also Ebay state 3 days after DELIVERY as long as you have added a tracking label / used ebay shipping labels.

It's paypal, ebay have confirmed to me they authroised the money to be release days ago, I am aware this is a forum but some bigwig muppet from paypal may see it and I hope he/she does.

^^^ This is from my livechat with the ebay rep two days ago. I have messaged paypal with that number and they are still messing me around saying they are holding my funds until feb it's pure bs they know the goods have arrived.

They did this to me a while ago. ebay released the funds and paypal blamed ebay.. this company are just thieves and its a disgrace to customers. no wonder they have so many disputes and facebook pages calling for people to not use them.
