Message from Paypal today says my bank would not process card payment for ebay item. Signed in to ebay to discover several items recently bought have been marked 'return item'.  The money is not an issue.........the bank is. Tried to log on to online banking 7 times! When successful was part way through setting up money transfer, then the bank decided it had technical problems and closed the page. Tried to ring PayPal, but a voice said there was a problem with the line. Now what do I do??

Hi berverleyb,

 

That sounds a little frustrating.  Sometimes your banks security system can decline a payment if it feels there may be a risk with the payment or the payments are not the normal activity of your account. I would recommend if you have not already done so to contact your banks online authorisation department to see what's happening.
