Good morning, Last Sunday I made 4 payments to my sister, however she cancelled the first two payments of £40 & £1 as they were showing as echeques, not instant transfers. I cleared my PayPal balance, resent both payments and both worked on the second attempt. However, my bank account is showing two debits of each amount of £40 & £1. Why is this & will the £40 & £1 amounts be refunded to me? Is this issue connected to the echeques? I attach photos to illustrate the issue.
