Money on hold

Hi guys me and a mate of mine helped a few people with web designs...they sent me donation for helping. And now my moneys been put on hold on the 25th of this month??

If they had sent it as a donation then they should have used the friends / family gift option and you would have received the money instantly.

But they must have used the send money > goods / services option and as such paypal saw you as a new seller and applied the new seller hold.

Hi pal they sent as friends / family gift option? It's just when I tried to send it to my mates PayPal and my other account it got put on hold? I don't know if it makes any difference. My new account is less then 2 months old?

Apologies for the delay, do you mean the funds you have sent from your PayPal account to your friends PayPal account were put on hold? What can you see when you click on 'details' next to the transaction?

Hi its all be sent back too me ...but I can do anything now.. We recently noticed an issue with your account. For information on what you can and can't do while your account is limited, go to the Resolution Centre. Why is my account access limited? Your account access has been limited for the following reason(s): 25 Nov 2015: For reasons relating to the safe use of the PayPal Service we need some more information about some money you recently received or withdrew. (Your case ID for this reason is PP-004-356-714-483.) This limitation cannot be appealed against.
