Money Disappeared?

Hi,  just half an hour ago I bought an item on eBay,  paid via PayPal and on eBay it is marked as paid.  However the seller contacted me saying on his eBay as well it showed buy paid,  but no transaction is showing on mine or his PayPal?.. What has happened?

I just got off the phone with PayPal support (1:45pm EST) and they are experiencing some technical issues with accounts not reflecting the correct amount.  In my case, the Summary tab shows a balance while the Activity tab shows a different but correct balance.

Thanks for the reply,  has a timeframe been given for this to be resolved at all do you know?

Paypal told me it may be over 48 hours before the problem is resolved. Call them or you may not be in the repair ticket

I just received the confirmation email.. Just waiting for it to appear in transactions.  Am sure it will do soon.  Thanks
