Linking Account to Nintendo eShop

Hello all,

I recently linked my Nintendo Switch eShop account to my PayPal account, and it was confirmed, but when I go to purchase a game from the eShop, it's acting as though my account hasn't been linked. Please help. I don't know what to do.

Hi Kiana1 and welcome, 

So sorry to hear you are having issues with this. Have you tried linking it again to see what happens? I would recommend doing this as if it is linked correctly you should get a message advising that it is already linked. If it is not linked correctly then you will have the option to link it again. If it is already linked correctly then it may be an issue with the funding source you are using such as your registered card. I would recommend to check to ensure your card is up to date.
