I have a problem recieving money,help please

Hi,I've had two people saying that they cant paypal gift me and one said that the money has been taken out their bank account but is still not showing in my paypal wallet.Can someone tell me why this is or have they not sent the money?All help is appreciated,thanks inadvance.

You should not be selling and asking folks to pay you using the gift method.

Its only to be used for receiving money from close mates or family members.

If paypal suspect you are using it to sell they can limit your account. So maybe that is what has happened?

I'm new to paypal,is there a way I can contact them dirctly to find out as the money still isnt in but I have had no correspondance from paypal?I thought mayby they just didnt pay it in.Thank anyway.
