HELP, PayPal problems

someone has paid me via paypal and they have a reciept. but my paypal account is saying zero transactions and i haven't recieved any emails either.

This type of thing can happen for a few different reasons.

 

Is it possible that your email address is not confirmed? If the email address on your account is not confirmed, that payment will remain pending until you complete these steps: http://ow.ly/IBOso

 

Could you also double check that your Buyer sent this payment to the right email addess? A small typo has been known to cause problems like this and this is probably what's happened here. It would explan why you didn't receive any emails.
