I have pretty annoying problem, I have two currencies on my PAYPAL account USD & EUR. Everytime I buy something on EBAY there is Exchange rate. That means something is 1USD i choose my credit card on PAYPAL which is in USD than I get this annoying Exchange rate, so PAYPAL CONVERT my 1USD in GBP than get my money from USD credit cards (also with commision) . How can I change it? How can avoid that currency rate and make primary currency to be in USD. Thanks for any advice.
