Didn't get my money to my card

I must have received a refund to my card. The operation is marked as completed, but the money are not on my card. I've already confirmed my email and my card. What should i do?

Once marked as completed it will automatically go back to your card but takes up to a week to process through to the bank and a bit longer for a c.c (paypal say allow 30 days but I have never waited longer than a week for mine).
Advice is voluntary.
