Cannot accept payment

I was sent money and I see it in my account however when I go to accept payment, it takes me to a page that says 'sorry your last action could not be completed'. I have tried for two days now, and I called for help but no one understood my problem. I have used my account to both receive and send money without issues. Can someone help?

Hello Cassroyle! Thank you for your post and welcome to the PayPal UK Community! I am sorry to hear that this has happened. If you are still unable to claim the payment, I recommend clearing cache and cookies from your internet browser as this might help. If the unclaimed payment is a currency that you never used before (i.e your balance is only in British pounds), I also recommend clicking on your PayPal balance to select 'Manage Currencies' so you can add a new currency. After this, please try again to claim the payment. Hope this helps. - Carlos
