Can't receive money ?!

Hi,

I have some money on sharecash site, and I requested withdraw from sharecash to my paypal account which is Premier and Verified with Visa! Sharecash says that I don't have valid paypal account and that's why they can't send me payment. Also, when I click on Request Money on Paypal I got this:

As a PayPal Send Only account holder, you are not permitted to receive funds from other PayPal account holders.

Your account cannot receive payments. To receive payments, set up your account.

"

Where is the problem? Before I used to receive money from anyone on my paypal account and now I can't!

 I just want to inform you that i have just completed the payment and i
hope you must have been notified in your account about the
payment i made through pay .pal, you can check your (Junk/Inbox messages) for
confirmation of payment, I have just make the payment of £1,750.,i have
decided to add the amount of £300 which i paid through paypal, So
please i will like you to help me wire the sum of £350 to my agent via
western union so he can be able to come for the pick up and also
pay .pal, said they won't release the funds until they get the western
union information from you due to the fact that i emailed them about
the excess payment i made., Here is my pick up agent Headquarter info:

which i believe you received the confirmation from PayPal that the
funds can not be reverse to my account so i will really appreciate if
you can just borrow the money from anyone there to make the transfer
and once you email the details for the Money Transfer and i forward to
PayPal for confirmation so they can release the total pending funds to
your account and i can just have my agent to come
there for the pick up immediately or PayPal will have to take a Legal
action against you

This feed is quite frustrating, obviously lots of people have this problem but paypal don't seem to be giving away many answers for why? My friends tried to pay money into my account which has not been received by me but has come out of their account. This is clearly not a scam as I personally know these people. do PayPal have this money sitting in a holding account? Starting to feel like PayPal are the scammers!

Thanks you for posting and welcome to our Community.

I can understand that it is frustrating if you are not receiving the money on your account. I would like to help you resolve this.

*Can you check if your email address is confirmed? If you want to receive money the email address has to be confirmed or else the payment will show as unclaimed on your friends account.

*Is the payment send in the correct currency?  If the payment is sent in a currency that you do not hold or accept it can be denied due to that.

*Can you ask your friends what the email address is that they see and what the status is. This can provide important information as well on why you have not received the payment. If the status is Unclaimed your friends always have the option to cancel the payments and they will get their money back.
