i have already added successfully hdfc bank paltinum chip debit card(visa card) and payment also send but payment not receive in my paypal account and paypal send one this mail said “your PayPal transaction was declined – here’s what to do” and more detail in email “You recently tried to pay with PayPal but the transaction was declined because your debit/credit card provider did not allow it to go through.” please help me and resolve my problem…debit card issued indain hdfc bank
From your message it seems this payment was declined by your card issuer, in this case we don't receive the reason why just that your bank have not authorised the transaction.
If you are sure your details are correct, name address etc then you will need to reach out to your card issuer directly to discuss this further, they should be able to let you know the reason here.
