No problems in resolution center, but a strange incidence happened on the last transaction i tried to do, there was some sort of insurance plan, for 99 cents , i ticked the box thinking it was a requirement to purchase the item i wanted, you must know about it, or what i am talking about, i later found the inusrance vendor was in the US, so it was seperate to the purchase i was trying to accuire, this is when the problems started with my paypal ebay, i think it is a scam. the insurance tick box.
