Just been robbed by the banking system once again... does anyone else have this problem or is it just me?
I use a bank account for E-bay and paypal that holds very little money in it due to internet fraud.
What racks me off big time is that I only make a purchace after checking that I have the money in my account to cover the cost.
So.... I make the purchase, paypal take the money from the account (?????????) it then shows in my bank account as taken, BUT.... Paypal (and lots of others!) do not take the money right away.... leaving me (others?) believing there is money left in your account for further purchase... THEN 3/4/5 days latter the first transaction gets returned unpaid due to insufficient funds!!!!!
at a cost to me (you) in bank charges!!!!!!
It's time that Banks started to act more responsibly and give us all REAL TIME BANKING and stop messing us around so they can charge and make more money from us all.
Am I the only one who is having this problem... or is other people suffering too?
I ask you.... 5 to 7 days to make a electronic payment from one bank to another.... GET REAL.... yet they offer instant transfer if required (at a fee?)
