Accepting payments

i have been trying to make a purchase on eBay and paying through PayPal using my credit card only to have each attempt rejected by PayPal. I have contacted PayPal for the to sort it out as I have changed my credit card details several times to no avail. I am beginning to feel that as a customer I am being ignored.

Have u called your credit card company to see why payment is being rejected?

Does the seller accept credit card payments?

Have u tried calling ppal direct?

I have used the same card for many years with no problem it is only over the last few days that this has occured. basically payPal is doing nothing to help me resolve the issue

Have you confirmed your card with the 4 digit code, only if you keep changing details you may have removed and re-added it but you would still have to confirm it first.

I have provided the information required over and over and nothing is reolved. Not even a response tgo my requests for help from payPal
