I cant send money to my brother and its not letting me buy a game on xbox either.. is this happening to anyone else? my paypal is FULLY verified.. and i have almost $100 on it.. please someone help...

You are posting on the UK forum but talking about dollars in your paypal account........can you clarify?
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
