Hey im looking for any help that will help me win this dispute that another paypal made against me after purchasing a account from a game called runescape from me. He made a claim saying that he did not recieve the item and he is trying to get his money back meanwhile I gave him the username and password and had a conversation with him while he was on the account. Now Im trying to keep the money I deserve and I have to fill out all this stuff and am now stuck at a part where I have to choose to return a full refund, Prove I shipped the item or prove I already refunded him. None of these options fit my needs because what I sold him did not require shipping, I gave him the username and password over a text message and now im stuck?
Please help this guy is trying to scam me
