I sold something on ebay and it shows in ebay that a paypal payment was made but when i go to paypal, i see nothing in my history or anywhere? the fella says he paid and is telling me i have to accept or confirm his payment, but i have nothing not even an email. what do i do? does paypal have a phone number i can call? someone please help urgent. thank you.
