So i know PAYPAL has the scroll down function for sellers. As I said, even for the add to cart function, it cant be open, all I have to do is use the EMAIL link created under that button, and use the code as a picture link and then link to a new page to use it. However for the scroll down function, I cant use it at all. I am not sure if it was because the website I am using blocked the PAYPAL or what? Can anyone tell me why or give me a solution for that?
