I have account set up for canadian market. Under profile > under shipping calculations there are only 2 options % and flat fees. The shipping calculator does not have a method shipping box with a drop down list to add fees or taxes per province. As each province in canada is different except gst is same. Does any one know how to get here or is it available for canadian accounts.
Secondly when i click the buy button on website it does not add shipping cost. It just does exact item value.
Please advice if some one knows this.
