I've paid for a bunch of shipping labels and am trying to print them, but whether I hit the print button to print a sample or the actual label, hitting "ok" to print then causes a "save as" window to pop up trying to save "*.xps". I can't get the labels to print. What is going on? 😞
You probably selected "Microsoft XPS Document Writer" instead of the right printer. Double check to make sure you have selected the right printer before printing. Hope this helps.
