I am a paypal merchant account holder from Nigeria and I want to be using Paypal to receive payments from clients but it keep telling me I can't receive payment through Paypal. This is what it keeps saying: 

Your Account May Only Be Used to Send Money

As a PayPal Send Only account holder, you are not permitted to receive funds from other PayPal account holders.

What more can i add?

You are not allowed to receive paypal payments in your country, you are only allowed to send them.
