I'm hoping someone would be able to help me here.
I am trying to email PayPal. You'd think this would be a simple thing to do with an online company, but apparently not.
I finally managed to select an option which allowed me to email, I sent my email, and I got an automated response, which had nothing to do with the actual query, from an email that does not accept replies, telling me to either open a dispute (which is not relevant) or phone them.
I'm partially deaf, so phoning PayPal is not an option.
How do I get a message to them? Does anyone have any ideas? I'd really appreciate any advice anyone has on communicating with them.
