Hi, I am organising a charity evening and have set up a website with PayPal on it to allow people to buy tickets in advance. How do I do it so that once they have bought a ticket, an e-ticket gets sent to them??
You would need to integrate this directly through your website. It's not possible for this to be done through your PayPal account.
If there is a web developer creating your website and integrating PayPal on your website, they should be able to integrate the site so that emails will be sent to your buyers with an electronic ticket once the payment has been sent through the PayPal website.
