Stupid question about Russia, China and India

Currently I'm marketing my website and products (eBooks) to China, Russia, India and other countries some distance away from me in the UK.

I am assuming that people in these countries are able to use PayPal to purchase my products.

But is this in fact correct?

Would be grateful for some guidance here!

As far as I know Paypal is world wide with over 230 million accounts and it's not a stupid question good luck 🙂

Minty1 is correct. No question is a stupid question. 

On our PayPal website there is a list of countries that we offer our service in. I have added to link so you can take a look.
