Problem recieving a payment

My paypal account docent let customers process their transactions

when ever a customer process and order and go to payment page after all details paypal says sorry the card is not valid or this card cannot be use for this transaction

I don't know what to do

can any help me

Is this a very large payment ?

If you are using Payments standard - wher the customer gets sent to the paypal page then there is limitations.

For example if you  are using the credit card screen- you cannot use a card that is already linked to a paypal account- you must login to paypal in this instance.

There is also transactions limits-

all these are explained in the policys at the bottom of the page.

But no one can resolve it. It seems to be a system error of Paypal.

Read the policy at the bottom of the payment page !

If a card is or has been attached to a Paypal account ever- it will not process.
