Postage

Hi

I paid my postage and went to print the label but nothing happened. I therefore thought there was an error so clicked something (cant recall which button) and set up again. I was then able to print out my label so I thought all was ok. I then looked at my balance and found that I had been charged twice for the same postage label - ie I had sent the same parcel to the same peerson twice if you get what I mean. All this happened within one minute or so of each other. How do i get a refund/can I get my money back (£8.30)

hi, I've just done a similar thing. My first attempt at Ebay selling. Went throught the process of seeing my balance and then went to do postage thing.

Got a bit mixed up, wasnt sure of weight so put 2kg (its only a sundress, silly me didnt think)

Postage of £5.30 been taken out of my paypal, tried to press refund, but not sure if it looks like my buyer is getting a refund...So confused, only made 49p now and still haven't got my postage label, it wont print it because I dont have Add-ons allowed on my computer !!!

Can anyone help us both???

Hi

If you click on the postage in paypal that you have done scroll down and it will give you the option to cancel postage.
