Our website links straight to paypal. A buyer wanted to have a personalised showreel video created online. They paid a fair amount money for the service. We filmed them in several paid locations, we got in paid crew to help, we edited the footage and kept them notified by email all the way. We were a few days late but told them this and then once the footage was online, they put in a dispute saying we never contacted them. We provided paypal with evidence of emails and a link to the finished online product.
They refunded the buyer who has got away with the money and the footage.
What do we do now? We now have a debt with paypal, bank charges and cannot do anyone elses work because the funds wont clear.

You could try phoning paypal and seeing if you can appeal but as they have already refunded the buyer i don't think you stand a very good chance unfortunately.
Failing that personally i would think the small claims court is the way to go.
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.
