Hi can anyone help? Our new website (with Ecwid E- Com ) has seen a lot of abandoned carts and a downturn in sales. when we investigated it appears that the PayPal option doesn't always appear in the checkout and so customers are rejecting the sale. We have not adjusted the option in the settings and Ecwid cannot see any reason for this and appears random. Has anyone experienced this? I have contacted PayPal but just get a automated reply, not specific to this issue. Thank you in advance !
