Passing card fees on to the customer

When sending money with PayPal, I believe there is an option for the sender to pay the PayPal fees.
I am using "Pay Now" buttons on my website and would like to have the buyer pay the transaction fees in a similar way, but I can' find any way of making this happen (other than relying on the buyer to add a % to the amount they pay, which rarely happens). What I would like is to be able to tell PayPal that when the customer enter an amount, PayPal calculates the fees and displays them to the customer and adds them to the total to be paid.
Is anything like this possible?
Thanks

Hi cheltcars2trust,
The option for the sender to pay for the card fees is only for personal payments that are being sent using a credit or debit card. Personal payments are payments for a gift or money owed from a friend or family member.
I hope this helps clear it up for you
