Missing 'Notification of Payment Received'

As of today I'm not receiving any notification of payment received to my registered email account. It's been working fine for years but today I've noticed 3 payments have been made and I've not been notified about them. I've spoken to one of the buyers and they didn't receive a notification either, but the money is in my paypal account. The buyer wasn't sure if the payment went through.

 

Is there a problem with paypal at the moment?

 

It makes it very difficult if I have to log into my account each day to check new payments and it doesn't give buyers any confidence about using the system if they don't receive acknowledgements.

 

Anyone else experiencing this?
