Is anyone having problems with the Mechants page

Hi. 

Is anyone else experiencing problems with the "Merchants " tab? 

I keep getting a server error and a string of programme data...all other sections of paypal are working...but I need to add some buttons to my Website...can anyone advise pleas

Seems to be working however, PayPal does have different servers.

Suggest trying some easy things like deleting your web browser's cookies, temp files and history, then close the browser, reopen it and retry.  If no changes, try another web browser or if possible, another computer.

There's also an outside link for creating item buttons:

Once you select the type of button you want to make, you get prompted to login to your account to complete the process.

I tried another computer...and had the same server failure error!

I then tried your external link...and everything worked perfectly. 

(maybe there is a problem on one of the servers...maybe we'll never know) 

I cant thank you enough for your help...Ive now got my button added to my website.
