How to generate a report of e-mail addresses?

I run a small special interest video company. We release a new title every couple of years. I would like to create a mass e-mail to tell the 750 people who bought the last title via PayPal that we have a new title available for purchase.

Is there any way for me to create such a report? Something that lists the e-mail addresses of everyone who has paid me over a certain period of time?

You can generate a custom report from your PayPal account history and select whatever details you require.
