Geting restricted account while using Paypal ExpressCheckout API in my Custom WebApplication

 Dear Concern Team,

I am getting below mentioned error message while processing the payment through expresscheckout.

SetExpressCheckout API call failed.
Detailed Error Message: Account is restricted
Short Error Message: Restricted account
Error Code: 10002
Error Severity Code: Error

Kindly, do the needful. What kind of restriction it is stating about...?
