I am testing my website. I have purchased an item using 'Add to cart' then checking out using my credit card or debit card.
I keep getting message ' We're sorry. We can't complete your purchase at this time. Please return to the merchant and choose another way to pay' . Have I set up my seller profile on my PayPal account incorrectly? When I check out using a paypal account the transaction goes through fine. Thanks.. J
