Customers can't pay

Hi

 

I have had several emails lately from customers to say that they can't add items to the cart. When they attempt to add to cart, they are brought directly to www.paypal.co.uk. I am bound to be loosing many customers who do not tke the time to contact, but leave the site.

 

This does not happen to all customers, I have checked the buttons and they work fine on my laptops and mobile devices, but I am being contacted by too many customers to ignore this issue.

 

Why are some customer unable to add items to the cart?

 

Any help would be appreciated.
