When I first set up my site Paypal only used to calculate postage (shipping) costs for US users so I passed through a value calculated on my own cart. The risk with that was it relied on users setting their country before clicking the Paypal button, if they didn't they would get UK postage costs.
I see Paypal postage calculation is now available for UK users so set it up to do £ purchases and it's fine. Then I set up a higher set of charges for Euro payers but, when I pay with a test Euro account, all I get is the page in French and the UK cost converted to Euros.
Is there something I need to do apart from setting up method and values for EURO on the profile/selling preferences/postage calculations page?
