did not recieve item i paid for thro paypal...seller provided a tracking number...contacted royal mail and they admit liability as delivered to wrong address and now untracable...not granted refund thro ebay resolution centre as seller provded tracking number. thing is royal mail will not allow me to claim reimbursment as i am not the sender and do not have the receipt of proof of postage. royal mail state the sender has to go to post office where item sent, prove ID and receipt and fill out a form. to which i cannot do. i now have no item,have less money and the sender could,if deceitful claim money back for an item of which they have already been paid for !!!!!!!!! Where do i stand and what can i do ??????????

From your post it sounds as if you opened the dispute on eBay, so for confirmation on how the claim was closed, you would need to contact them directly. Once a claim has been filed through eBay, unfortunately it is not possible to dispute the transaction again through PayPal.
I understand that Royal Mail allow the sender of the item to claim compensation for non delivery. I would suggest contacting your seller and ask that they assist you with filing a claim. You may also wish to contact your local Trading Standards office regarding your Consumer Rights for this payment.
