Normally its the email address you log in with that identifies your paypal account.

If its an ebay sale they should pay through the checkout and shouldnt need your email address

If you've already given it make sure the payment is in your ppal account before you ship your item

I think he is saying that they are asking him to put an email addy in the paypal payment box so he can sell for the first time.
